The Friends of Tooting Common is an Association with the primary aim to promote the public use and enjoyment of Tooting Bec and Tooting Graveney Commons and adjacent public spaces
The friends are also engaged to promote community participation in events and projects designed to sustain and improve the Commons, to protect and encourage the biodiversity of the Commons, and to initiate and encourage the public discussion of matters concerning the Commons.
The Commons are maintained by Enable for Wandsworth Borough Council.
The Friends organise volunteer sessions for the maintenance of the green space and run bat walks, tree/plant walks and an annual Dog show.
